“Dear Richard,

“This is fantastic, and I’m so glad I followed your advice; I’m so incredibly grateful that you’re my lawyer!! Richard’s Passion for Personal Injury Law

Richard passionately believes that those injured through no fault of their own should not bear the cost of that injury. Because your injury is personal to you, nothing will truly compensate for an injury. But the legal process can transfer the costs, impacts, and burdens of an injury to those responsible for that injury! And that’s what personal injury law is all about!

Richard, with thirty years of legal experience, brings a deep and unique perspective to his personal injury clients. He started his career in the insurance defense industry with law firms and even worked directly for an insurance company. Richard became frustrated by a dispassionate, indifferent, and impersonal system that trivialized the impacts of a “personal” injury. So he took his insurance defense experience and now applies it to your benefit when seeking compensation from insurers. Richard will educate you on the legal merits and process of your claims to empower informed decisions that best suit your unique circumstances.

Richard’s Personal Passions

When not helping his clients, Richard avidly pursues outdoor activities, including snowboarding, cycling, and hiking. He has been a volunteer with the Killington Ski area in Vermont since 1997. His diverse background includes stints as a commercial fisherman, framing carpenter, and a reporter on the floor of the American Stock Exchange.
